xOur Il Tinello Orange Label Balsamic Vinegar is produced just outside of Modena, the historical heart of balsamic vinegar production in Italy. Certified PGI (Protected Geographical indication), it is an exceptional value, high quality balsamic vinegar which will elevate your dishes with its sweet acidic balance and rounded mouthful. With a Brix grade of 50, this vinegar is recommended for lighter meat or fish dishes and as a final flourish at the end of roasts and stews.
A female-founded business, Il Tinello is a brand of the Il Borgo del Balsamico Acetaia which started by the Crotti sisters.
Using traditional ageing methods, Il Tinello is a 100% natural product with no colouring agents, preservatives or added flavourings.
