Our Il Tinello Yellow Label Balsamic Vinegar is produced just outside of Modena, the historical heart of balsamic vinegar production in Italy. Certified PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), it is an exceptional value, high quality balsamic vinegar which will elevate your dishes with its young, woody, sharp and acidic aromas. With a Brix grade of 38 this vinegar is recommended for marinades, salad dressings and for zesting up any cooked greens.
Il Tinello is a brand of the Il Borgo del Balsamico Acetaia, started by the Crotti sisters. Using traditional ageing methods, it is a 100% natural product with no colouring agents, preservatives or added flavourings. The production uses only locally produced ingredients and maintains a commitment to sustainability.
