Preparation and Usage: Tomatoes can be used to prepare sauces, to garnish main courses, meat and fish. You can cook them like this: In a saucepan with a high rim, pour a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic, leave the oil fry and after a few minutes pour the contents of the can. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat using a spoon to mix the content. Once cooked, add basil, spices and use to flavor pasta al dente or your other dishes.
