Our hand-folded noodles are steamed, not fried and contain no additives. Absolutely no MSG, no stabilisers, emulsifiers, gums or phosphates.
Miso is admired by chefs for its delicious umami goodness. Yoshihiro blends his broths in Nagano, Japan.
For a hearty meal, top noodles and broth with an egg, green leaves, fresh veg, cooked meat, or prawns. Add a swirl of soy sauce, sesame oil or fresh chilli.

Preparation: Open lid half-way, remove broth paste sachet, pour over noodles, add boiling water to fill line, stir, close lid and wait for 5 minutes.
