Preparation and Usage: Miso'dressing [serves 2-4] 1. Whisk together 1 sachet miso'easy, 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil & 1 tsp maple syrup 2. Use to dress salads or pour over roasted veg. Miso'marinade [serves 2] 1. Whisk together 2 sachets miso easy, 20ml mirin & 1 tbsp light brown sugar 2. Coat veg or protein & leave to marinate for 30 mins 3. Cook & enjoy! Miso' soup [serves 1] 1. Empty sachet of miso easy into a small bowl 2. Add 200ml of hot [not boiling] water 3. Stir & enjoy!
