Add your favourite sauces, herbs or toppings. Serve & enjoy! For guidance only, cooking appliances will vary. Please ensure steamed dumplings are cooked until piping hot. Do not re-heat once cooked. Warning dumpling filling will be extremely hot. Please follow instructions and avoid temptation to eat straight away!
Microwave - From Frozen :
1. Place sealed bag of steamed dumplings in the microwave.
2. Microwave for 2 mins 20 seconds [900W] or 2 mins 30 seconds [750W]
3. Remove tray from bag and pierce the top of the dumplings with a fork or chopstick, leave to stand for 5 mins
Steam - From Frozen :
1. Place colander/sieve above pan of softly boiling water
2. Place steamed dumplings in the colander/sieve, cover with a lid and steam for 12-14 mins
3. Leave to stand for 1 min
Shallow Fry - From Frozen :
1. Preheat pan with 1 tsp of oil on medium heat
2. Add steamed dumplings and cook for 5 mins
3. Carefully add 4 tbsp of cold water, cover with a lid and cook for a further 6 mins
4. Leave to stand for 1 min
Keep frozen -18°C. Do not re-freeze.
