Tasting Notes: Serve between 15°C and 18°C. Sweet and clean on the nose with vanilla and caramel notes. A warm and short profile with very light touches of oak combining with vanilla and cinnamon spice, and a light touch of citrus.
Suggested Recipe: Gentleman's Manhattan - 50ml Gentleman Jack, 15ml Sweet Vermouth, 15ml Dry Vermouth, 2 dashes of bitters. Garnish with a cherry or lemon twist. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
