Only one of every 100 barrels is set aside to mature in the highest reaches of our barrel houses. Has a 70% rye grain bill without overpowering the aroma of ripe fruit and light toasted oak. Floats by delicate notes of vanilla and caramel on entry, giving way to a rich, peppery spice. Dramatic temperature changes cause the colour and taste of our whiskey to deepen further. Light oak spices develop first.
Aged in hand-crafted, toasted and charred new American white oak barrels. Alcohol by volume 45.0%. Units 32.
