Perfect for roasting in the oven, the Jacks Creek Wagyu Rump Roast is a premium cut of beef known for its rich flavour and marbling. Sourced from Australia and packed in the UK, this award-winning meat is ideal for special occasions.
Our Jack's Creek Wagyu X Rump roast is a premium cut from the hindquarter, celebrated for its rich flavour, perfect marbling, and well-balanced texture. Also known as top sirloin in Australia, the rump sits between the topside and sirloin, offering a juicy and highly marbled cut of meat with a firmer texture than some other steaks, yet still tender and full of Wagyu flavour. While not as heavily marbled as a ribeye, the rump's quality and flavour make it a standout cut that is sure to impress.
