A sprouted, tangy, highly-textured spelt and rye loaf. The grains are pre-soaked before adding to the fermented dough for a fuller taste and better digestion.
Our Sprouted Grains is created under the watchful eye of dough legend Jason Geary, a modern maverick, blending traditional methods with new ideas. We make our sourdough culture on-site and leave it to ferment properly for a whole day. Corners are never cut. Nothing is ever rushed.
