xThe Classic range is made of 18/10 stainless steel which is magnetic and good at conducting heat. This grade is corrosion-resistant due to chromium and nickel content. All pans have a stainless steel base for magnetism to use on an induction hob.

Pan comes with lid featuring a built-in lid rest and stepped rim to prevent drips. Dishwasher safe and oven safe to 180°C. Suitable for use on all hobs including induction.
Metal handles heat up when cooking so be careful when lifting pans. Please use an oven glove, mitt or pot holder when handling hot pans.
All John Lewis induction pans are tested to British and European standards for safety and performance. Ensure functionality by making sure the pan base size is no smaller than the hob ring and using pans with a flat base.
