Oven cook - From Chilled. For best results, we recommend you oven cook our Proper Porkers (190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5). Remove all packaging, and place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally. Once cooked, check the sausages are piping hot and no pink meat remains. These cooking instructions are a guide only.
