Kikkoman Ramen Soup Base Shoyu is a convenient concentrated soup base featuring Kikkoman Soy Sauce for extra umami richness, allowing you to prepare a delicious shoyu (soy sauce) ramen in minutes. Ramen is a popular Japanese noodle dish.
Simply dilute 2 tbsp of soup base with 270ml of boiling water, mix well. Add cooked ramen noodles and top with meat or vegetables of your choice. Be creative and customise your soup.
