The Russian River Valley is located in Sonoma County, inland from the Pacific Coast. The warm growing season was influenced by the Pacific Ocean, where the cooling fog allows grapes to develop rich, full flavours while retaining beautiful acidity.
Tasting Notes: The wine exhibits complexity, balance and structure with subtle cherry, raspberry and cola aromas elevated by sweet spicy oak and a long silky finish.
Pairing Notes: Best served with dishes with a touch of spice, such as crispy duck pancakes, grilled quail, pulled pork, seared salmon and tuna. Perfect for barbecues as well as mushrooms.
