Regional information: Clare Valley is nestled in the Mt Lofty ranges and has a distinguished reputation for its world class Rieslings. The area has a lot of higher altitude vineyards and with its continental climate, the diurnal temperature variation is significant. Cool nights, elevated sites and unique soils allow for cool ripening in the fruit helping to retain natural acidity.

Vinification details: The grapes were picked early in the cool and crushed and pressed immediately to reduce skin contact. After cold settling, the clean racked juice was then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. It was then chilled immediately after fermentation to retain and protect the varietal aromas to remain pristine until bottling at the end of 2023.
