Cooking guidelines: Microwave from chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid on both compartments in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir the sauce and gently fluff the rice. Re-cover and heat for a further 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, take care as hot steam may escape. Stir well, serve and enjoy.
