Storage: Like all fresh products, our artisan pasta has a limited shelf life. Keep chilled & consume by the date indicated. FREEZING: Alternatively freeze before Use By date. Defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking.
How to cook: 1. Preheat your oven to 185°C (175°C fan) and place a baking tray in the middle of the oven. 2. Remove the card sleeve and film from the pasta but leave it in its card tray. 3. Place the pasta directly onto the hot baking tray and cook for 20 minutes, until piping hot. 4. Remove your pasta from the oven and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Buon appetito!
