Fish Pie: Prep Time: 30 mins Cooking Time: 40 mins Servings: 4 Boil 800g of potato chunks until tender, drain and mash with 25g Flora Buttery, 3-4 tablespoons milk and season to taste. Remove skin from fish fillets (250g salmon, 250g cod, 100g smoked haddock), cut into chunks and place in suitable dish. Place 450ml semi-skimmed milk, 50g Flora Buttery and 25g flour into saucepan and bring to the boil stirring constantly, reduce heat and stir in Knorr Fish Stock Pot and 15g fresh chopped (optional) tarragon leaves and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour over the fish. Top with the potato and sprinkle with 15g Parmesan cheese. Place in preheated oven 220ºC, 190ºC fan assisted, Gas 7 for 20-25 minutes.
