Highly resistant when cooked, genuine and digestible, La Molisana Pasta also has a protein index never lower than 14%.
There are 2 packs of 3 different 500g shapes: fusilli, penne rigate and radiatori.
Fusilli have larger coils and a lighter texture. The bronze fusilli have two loops and a beautiful and delicate elongated shape.
Penne Rigate is a great classic and very popular in the South of Italy, where people generally like thicker sizes and the stripes that are able to capture the sauce.
Radiatori recalls the design of old industrial radiators. The beauty of this pasta format lies in the repetition of concentric wings which have the very appreciable property of absorbing seasoning and retaining sauces.
