Cooking guidelines: Broil - From Ambient. Soak the mung beans overnight in cold water. Drain and rinse the beans and then place in a pan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 15-20 mins or until soft. Drain and serve. Do not eat raw.
