Every bottle begins with malted barley that's first cold-smoked and then dried over peat fires, which is a specialised technique used only by a handful of distilleries. This signature single malt then spends the next 10 years in ex-Bourbon barrels where it reaches its full-bodied character, with a bold smokiness and hints of salty seaweed and lingering sweetness.
