This large salmon fillet is traceably sourced, enabling you to enjoy the quality you'd expect alongside easy preparation for your favourite family meals. Cooking: Simply oven bake and serve with your favourite vegetables or salad, rice or potatoes. Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. Keep raw fish separate from cooked foods. Oven: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. Loosely wrap in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Take care when opening parcel as steam may escape. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Storage: Keep refrigerated 0 to +5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. This product was previously frozen and has been restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for home freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
