Three-layer construction: The 3-ply stainless steel range from Le Creuset has a special three-layer construction. Using the latest multi-layering technology, a core of aluminium is bonded between two layers of premium-grade stainless steel, cleverly combining the cooking benefits of both materials. The 18/10-grade stainless steel layer doesn't absorb flavours or stain and the pan has excellent heat retention for oven-to-table serving.
Even heat distribution: The three-layer construction ensures an even and efficient spread of heat throughout the entire body of each pan and preventing hot spots during cooking. The aluminium stretches from base to rim, meaning heat spreads evenly and gently throughout the entire pan, not just the base.

Le Creuset 3-Ply Stainless Steel Care: Read the appropriate instructions that will come with your item. Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. For any interior with a non-stick cooking surface, rub a film of vegetable, rapeseed, or sunflower oil with kitchen paper towel. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly. These oils are also best for cooking with. Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing. Le Creuset Silicone tools or wooden/heat resistant plastic tools are recommended. For best results, use an appropriately sized hob ring for even cooking and to reduce the risk of damage to the product. Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage. Oven and grill safe up to 260°C. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling. Always use oven gloves when handling hot products. Allow product to cool before cleaning. Clean with non-abrasive washing tools. Freezer compatible and dishwasher safe, handwash recommended.
