Remove the cap and twist the bottom of the pen until the oil appears. Apply the nail oil pen by swiping the brush along the cuticles around the entire base of the nail bed and cuticle and massage into the skin.
Please note: When using the cuticle oil pen for the first time, twist the bottom of the pen until you see the oil appear on the fine, thin bristles, about 10 to 15 turns.
