Shallow fry from chilled. Warm a frying pan over a medium heat and add a tbsp. of oil. Remove the fish from the pack and cook it for 10 minutes. Turn halfway during cooking. Check the tuna is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooked and remember these times are just a guide as size and thickness may vary.
