Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled: 8-10 minutes. Warm a frying pan over a medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. Remove the fish from the pack, put it skin-side down in the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Oven cook - From Chilled: 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4, for 10-12 minutes. Preheat the oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Check the salmon is piping hot.
Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For use by date, see front of pack. Once opened, eat within one day. Do not exceed use by date. This salmon has previously been frozen and returned to a chilled temperature. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost fully in a fridge overnight. Don't refreeze once defrosted.
