Instructions:
- Hold the applicator by the grip lines and gently pull the plunger out of the top.
- Next, open the hinge.
- Take your unwrapped tampon and pop the tampon in the open top. Ensure the string is coming out of the string hole.
- Close hinge until you feel it click into place.
- Get yourself into a comfortable position for insertion and remove the lid.
- Insert into the vagina, aiming upwards and backwards towards the small of your back. Insert up to the base of the applicator and push the plunger all the way in.
- Wash applicator with warm water and mild soap, then ensure you dry thoroughly.
- Put the lid back on and pop it into the organic cotton storage bag for safekeeping.
Storage: Keep stored in your organic cotton storage bag, in a cool, dry place
