Preparation and Usage: Serving Note: Serve with seasonal veg or salad to create a delicious meal. Cooking guidelines: This product requires cooking before consumption. Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Do not reheat. Oven cook - From Chilled: 19 mins at Electric 190 / Fan 170 / Gas 5. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Dot with butter and season with salt and pepper. Wrap product loosely in foil. Place on a baking tray. Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Shallow Fry - From Chilled: 12-14 mins. Remove all packaging. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place skin side down and turn once during cooking.
