Responsibly farmed in the cool, clear waters of Scotland's West Coast and smoked in our own Smokehouse, Loch Fyne smoked salmon is renowned for its quality and depth of flavour.
We dry cure our fresh salmon fillets with brown sugar and sea salt, then gently smoke over oak shavings from retired whisky casks. The result is a delicate yet richly flavoured salmon.

Storage: Keep Refrigerated.
Preparation and Usage: This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from the pack ten minutes before serving to release the full flavour. Return any remaining product to chilled storage immediately.
Serving Suggestion: Loch Fyne Classic Smoked Salmon is delicious served cold with a slice of lemon and crusty brown bread or with scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Storage: Store in a refrigerator at 0°C to 4°C. Consume within 3 days of opening the pack. Do not exceed the use by date.
