Preparation and Usage: Please check that the glass is not chipped or cracked before use. Do not use abrasive scourers or detergents when cleaning. Do not stack the container without the lid. Only fill 2/3rds of the container when Freezing. Do not use on or near a naked flame. Do not microwave an empty container. Please defrost the container before using in a pre-heated oven. Microwave for less than 3 minutes when using foods with high oil content. Do not place on a wet towel after heating. Always use oven gloves when heating. Keep the steam hole open when heating. Remove the silicon lid before heating over 200°C.
