Storage: Keep refrigerated; suitable for home freezing. For use by, see top of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Preparation and Usage: Handling raw meat safely. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before and after handling raw meat, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards/utensils for raw meat. Always cover meat and store at bottom of fridge. Needs cooking. For best results, grill. Remove all packaging. Check that the product is thoroughly cooked. Do not reheat. Grill from chilled: 10 mins medium heat, turn halfway through cooking. Shallow fry from chilled: 10 mins, add a little oil, fry over a medium heat, turn halfway through cooking.
