Storage: For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. This product may have been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Preparation and Usage: Simply serve with fresh egg noodles and stir fried veg.
Cooking guidelines: Shallow Fry - From Ambient. 6 mins. Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan until hot. Place fish in pan, skin side down. Fry over a medium heat. Turn once. Remove the fish and place on a warm plate. Add butter to the pan and melt gently. Spoon melted butter over the fish and serve. Do not reheat. Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
