Preparation and Usage: NEEDS COOKING. OVEN 35 mins at ELECTRIC 220C / Fan 200C / Gas 7. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. Drain juices into a jug and set aside for later use. Line baking tray with foil. Transfer the chicken to a grill rack on a baking tray and cook for 25 mins. Increase the oven temperature and cook further: ELECTRIC 240C / Fan 220C / Gas 9 for 10 mins. Pour contents of the sauce sachet into a saucepan together with 2 tbsp of drained juices. Heat until bubbling. Pour around chicken legs to serve. Do not reheat.
