Preparation and Usage: Defrost and Serve. Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 190, Fan 170, Gas 5, 15 mins. To serve hot - preheat oven. Remove all packaging including tray. Place on a preheated baking tray. Allow to stand for 20 mins before serving. Do not reheat. To serve cold - remove all packaging before defrosting. Defrost in a refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
