Preparation and Usage: Handling Raw meat safely. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before and after handling raw meat. Use separate chopping boards/utensils for raw meat. Always cover meat and store at bottom of fridge.
Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1 hour 15 mins. Needs cooking. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Place the joint in foil tent and roast. Check that the product is thoroughly cooked. Rest for 10 min before carving. Do not reheat.
