Preparation and Usage: Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 60 mins. Needs cooking. Preheat oven. Remove and discard sleeve and film lid. Place honey sachet to one side. Wash hands thoroughly every time after handling the sachet. Place foil tray in the centre of the oven for 55 mins. Remove from the oven, carefully pour off any excess cooking liquid, cover the joint with the glaze before returning to the oven for a further 5 mins. Once carved pour over any remaining glaze. Check that the product is thoroughly cooked. Do not reheat.
