Storage: For Use By, see top of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Cooking guidelines: Needs cooking. Remove all packaging. For best results grill. Do not reheat. Grill - From Chilled: Cooks in 5 mins on a high heat. To ensure crispy bacon cook for a further 2 mins. Turn halfway through cooking. Shallow Fry - From Chilled: 4-5 mins. Add a little oil. Fry over medium heat. Turn halfway through cooking. Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.
