Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling Raw Meat Safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 55 mins. Needs cooking. Remove sleeve and film lid. Preheat oven. Decant onion jus into tray, cover with foil and seal tight. Place foil tray in the centre of preheated oven and cook for 30 mins. Remove foil and return to the oven for a further 25 mins. Allow to rest for 5 mins. Check product is piping hot and cooked thoroughly before serving. Do not reheat.
