Cooking guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Preheat oven 1 hour 35 mins Electric 180°C Fan 160°C Gas 4 Needs cooking - Remove all packaging - Line a baking tray with foil - Pat dry the top of the gammon with paper towel - Place the gammon in the middle of the baking tray leaving the rind exposed - Check that the product is thoroughly cooked - Remove strings before carving - The product is best carved after resting for 10 minutes - Do not reheat.
