Store in a cool dry place, once opened, peel off sticker and use to reseal pack.
Hob - From Ambient. Serving size: 30g per portion/80g when cooked. 25 mins for 2 servings. Rinse the bulgur wheat. Bring 250ml water to the boil. Add 60g bulgur wheat. Stir, cover and simmer for 15 mins, until most of the water has been absorbed. Drain and stand for 10 mins. Separate grains with a fork and use as required. Do not reheat. Tip: Mix with paprika, cumin and peas and stuff in peppers for a classic warning dish.
