Recipes: You will need: 1 Butter Chicken Curry Kit, 25g Butter, 300g Chicken Breasts, Diced, 300ml Single Cream, 1 Tbsp Oil. Method: 1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken in the butter base paste. 2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large frying pan and cook the marinated chicken for 5 minutes on medium heat. 3. Stir in the butter chicken curry sauce and cook for a further 5-7 minutes. 4. Add the butter and single cream, simmer for 5 minutes. 5. Stir in the makhani sprinkle and continue to simmer for 3 minutes, then serve. Simple swaps: Replace the chicken breasts with prawns. Add in at step 4. Why not try: For a vegetarian alternative, substitute the chicken with cauliflower florets.
