Basted with natural roast pork stock which provides a succulent finish and rich flavour. So none of the flavours go to waste, we have included a savoury unami flavour bomb to quickly whisk together with the juices to create a flavoursome gravy.

Cooking guidelines: Cooking Instructions - General. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Do not reheat. Hob - From Chilled. 5 mins - Pour the cooked pork juice and jus base sachet into a saucepan, heat gently - Stir occasionally until warm, do not boil - Add water if necessary for desired consistency - Check that the product is thoroughly cooked. Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 240°C, Fan 220°C, Gas 9, 65 mins - Preheat the oven - Remove all packaging and place jus base sachet to one side - Place the joint on a foil lined baking tray - Fold the foil edges up the meaty sides of the joint so that only the rind is exposed - Place the tray in the centre of oven for 65 mins - Remove the joint from the oven and leave to stand for 35 mins before carving.
