Once opened, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place and use within two weeks.
For the perfect cafetière. Use one heaped tablespoon of coffee per person. Pour over 200ml of freshly boiled water per person. Stir, wait 3-5 mins and plunge. Adjust according to taste.
