Preparation and Usage: How to make the perfect infusion: Use freshly drawn water, as reboiled water dulls flavour and colour. Bring the water to the boil, then add to the infusion straight away. Brew for 5 mins before removing teabag. Best served without milk. Enjoy 2-3 cups a day.
