Preparation: Soak 80g dried chickpeas in water overnight. Drain and rinse thoroughly. Place 80g of chickpeas in 500ml water and bring to the boil. Boil for 10 mins. Reduce the heat and simmer for 75 mins until softened with a slightly firm bite. Top up with water as needed. Drain, rinse and use as required. Do not reheat.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
