Preparation and Usage: Serving - Once cooked, delicious hot or cold. Cooking guidelines - Oven cook from Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 1 hour 30 mins. Needs cooking. Remove box and film. Place sauce sachet to one side. Do not remove the ovenable pad. Leave the duck crown in foil tray provided and sprinkle salt & pepper rub on top of scored skin and rub over. Place duck crown in the centre of the oven. Cook for 1 hour 15 mins. Baste with juices, then discard excess out of the tray. Decant sauce over and cook for final 15 mins. Allow to rest for 20 mins before carving. Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
