M&S Made in Italy Fresh Egg Tagliatelle. Air-dried in the Italian Alps by the Felicetti family and made using specially selected durum wheat semolina and alpine spring water, this flat ribbon pasta is best paired with garlic, olive oil and seafood. Cook over the hob for nine minutes. Serves 6.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation and Usage: Traditionally served with a rich meaty ragu, tagliatelle pairs well with most chunky sauces or equally well with a delicate truffle flavoured pesto or sauce. Cooking guidelines: Hob - From Ambient. 7-9 mins. Add 80g of pasta per person to a pan of boiling water, and boil gently. Do not cover the pan. Drain and return pasta to pan.
