We source only speciality grade coffee which is then drum-roasted to ensure the best quality cup. Each coffee is 100% Fairtrade certified, which helps to improve farmers' livelihoods, support communities and protect landscapes at origin.

Storage: Once opened, store in an airtight container for two weeks in the refrigerator, or four weeks in the freezer.
Preparation and Usage: For the perfect cafetière: Use one heaped tablespoon of coffee per person. Pour over 200ml of freshly boiled water per person. Stir, wait 3-5 minutes, and plunge. Adjust according to taste.
