xM&S Collection Kenyan Ground Coffee is made from Kenyan coffee beans grown by farmers with exceptional knowledge and experience. The temperate climate and volcanic soil contribute to a remarkably complex cup with juicy blackcurrant character, balanced citric acidity, and hints of rhubarb. It is a No 3 medium roast and 100% arabica.
Coffee is Fairtrade certified, traded, audited and sourced from Fairtrade producers, total 100%.
Once opened, store in an airtight container for two weeks in the refrigerator, or four weeks in the freezer.
For the perfect cafetière: use one heaped tablespoon of coffee per person, pour over 200ml of freshly boiled water per person, stir, wait 3-5 minutes, and plunge. Adjust according to taste.
