Storage: Once opened, store in an airtight container for two weeks in the refrigerator, or four weeks in the freezer.
Preparation and Usage: For the perfect cafetière, use one heaped tablespoon of coffee per person, pour over 200ml of freshly boiled water per person, stir, wait 3-5 minutes, and plunge. Adjust according to taste.
